For my fitness challenges this year I had two specific aims:
The first to complete the Spartan Trifeca – running a Sprint, Super and Beast Race in one year.
I also want to eventually do a Triathlon. Therefore I decided to focus on the Duathlon to get a taste of the discipline.
To help get myself race ready I will also litter my race calendar with 5k and 10k runs.
Among the way I may add additional races and maybe even trying some other new challenges.
