Following on from my post on How to improve your pull up power, I thought it was worth sharing this video from Calisthenic Movement to answer the question “I can’t do any pull ups – how do I get started?”

Although points 2 and 3 may be a bit more advanced – the 1st one “The horizontal bend arm pull” is the best way to get started to get stronger.


Maybe your pull ups be strong and plentiful!
