Having an abundance of wealth in your bank account doesn’t measure up to the love your family provide.
A high social media follow count means nothing compared to the feeling of making real life, daily connections.
Smashing personal bests in the gym is never greater than that feeling of seeing your child’s face when you get home.
Being the cool guy in a crowd is nothing compared to making your daughter laugh.
Reading thousands of books will still not educate you as much as the experience of raising your child.
I feel my perspective list is heavily biased towards fatherhood/parenting… do you have any others to add?
