Are you someone who has been sent to work from home during the coronavirus pandemic?

How are you managing to balance the responsibilities of childcare with the demands of a job?

My new guide “The New Normal”: Managing young kids while working from home in a crazy time… is something I wrote to support working parents:

  • Manage the pressure of being home all the time.
  • Cope on less than optimal sleep.
  • Dealing with critics and work-life challenges.
  • Mindset for enjoying this moment.

How do I get it?

This guide is absolutely free to anyone who signs up for my mailing list.  If you fill in the details below you will receive an email with a link to the guide.

    1. For my situation it’s been the sleep – my youngest has gone through various stages not sleeping which has then impacted my mood.

Being able to escape the house and go to the gym would have helped if they weren’t closed.

  1. The new normal is a weird phrase, as it’s just temporary , rather than it being something that we’ll be doing for the rest of our lives. However, I can see how a guide for cooing during these usual times will be very useful, as a lot of people are struggling

    1. It is odd, I was inspired by the title as in my corporate job they’ve thrown the term around to mean the working from situation and adapting to it. Hopefully it isn’t actually the new normal!

      Thanks for your comment.

  2. Sounds like a useful guide! Unfortunately, I haven’t been working since this all started in March. Many of us are still not back to work here in Hawaii with travel still being so sketchy and our main income source here being of course tourism. I hope it’s not the new normal though. Some of the vaccines are sounding pretty promising at 95 plus percent effectiveness. 🤞🤞🤞

    1. Thanks for commenting, it’s my first step into writing something a bit larger than I’m used to so it’s a learning experience.

Sorry to hear about your work situation- I hope it’s not “the new normal” and just poor media/corporate speak! Fingers crossed we get some solution to get our lives back.
