Has something happened in your life which impacted how you feel?

Several years ago, I suffered a run in with my manager, which left me feeling broken down and destroyed my confidence.

I covered some of the coping strategies to this incident in the post 7 Approaches to Develop a Bulletproof Mindset When Facing Adversity.

But something I’ve also thought about doing was delving more into the detail how it impacted my mental health and wellbeing.

After much thinking, I realised it was something important to share – to give hope for anyone who going through a similar situation at the moment.

I’ve always debated whether I could really go into this level of personal detail how it left me feeling, and I didn’t want to immortalise this person and their horrible behaviour.

Recently I got the opportunity to share this side of the story over at Unwanted Life which discusses the impact the situation it had on me, and how it left me feeling like I had a “my broken mind.”
