One of the biggest challenges I face with my life is having so much I want to do, but not having enough time to fit it all in.
Each success realised from my ambitions bears the fruit of further responsibility, meaning even less time to focus on these wants…
It’s a good problem to have.
Over the years I’ve scaled back on my ambitions in the realisation that if I wanted it bad enough, I’d have done it by now.
Ambition is something I’ve always taken for granted, assuming everyone wants more, but what if you’re content with what you have?
There is nothing wrong with that, however a lack of motivation to achieve anything can be dangerous if you’re a burden to everyone around you…
Or if lacking any type of direction is having a negative impact on your mental health.
In this look back, I share a post for those struggling with a lack of ambition who want to find their purpose.
In it you will learn:
- How to find ambition, when you lack the motivation to find minding in your life.
- Exercises to get you thinking about your position in life, and set some initial goals.
- How to make growth when you’re starting with ‘nothing’.
- Various ways to alter your mindset to be more self-confident and positive in your thinking.
I’ve switched off the comments here but look forward to hearing your thoughts in the original post: No Ambition In Life? Read This…
